Dorset CAN's Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Thursday 9th May at 7pm

The Trustees of Dorset Climate Action Network are holding the Annual General Meeting on the 9th of May at 7pm on Zoom, as a member of Dorset CAN you are invited by the trustees to attend and vote on the election of new Trustees and usual business required to be passed at the AGM.
We actively encourage our members (both individual and organisational members) to come along and take part in the first AGM since Dorset CAN became a charity and to help shape our future.

We welcome any of our members who wish to stand for election as a Trustee to put themselves forward. You can do this by emailing dorsetcan@gmail.com by the end of Friday 3rd May including a brief Bio and description of your relevant experience (trustee positions are entirely voluntary and unpaid).

The meeting will include:

• Approval of the record of last AGM 14th December 2022

• Chairs Report of Dorset CAN for the year 2023

• Treasurers Report of Accounts for 2023

• Appointment of New Trustees (of which all attending will be able to vote on)

• A brief update on our main Teams and Projects

• Any other Business
